Rotary Purple4Polio Grand Tour
51 cars, over 100 participants and £1000’s raised for the End Polio Now Campaign.
One team did all 25 checkpoints in 35 hours!
Teams visited some or all checkpoints and it was a delight to meet fellow Rotarians.
Cars were decorated, hair was dyed, costumes were worn - the purple morph suit complete with yellow wig was a real winner.
All in all a great 4 days
Thanks to DG Eric Cowcill for helping to man our stand at Manchester Airport and to Rosemary B; Cliff H, Ken T, George W; Alan A; Carol P and Eric R and Irene R who clocked up a few checkpoints.
